Terms and Conditions

All fees and refunds are in Japanese Yen.

A 25 percent non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all reservations.

Full payment is due 60 days prior to the start of the reserved dates. If booking within 60 days of the start, full payment is required.

Cancellation between 60 and 30 days before the start date will incur a cancellation fee that is 50 percent of the full trip fee. For cancellation within 30 days of the start date, a cancellation fee that is 100 percent of the full trip fee will be incurred.

All clients are required to read and sign a release of liability waiver before departing. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of activities without refund.

Niseko Mountain Guides reserves the right to cancel any activity at anytime (usually due to, but not limited to: poor weather conditions on the mountains or roads, hazardous backcountry conditions, guide sickness/injury). In such a case, clients will be able to reschedule or receive a refund for the incomplete portion of their activities.

We strongly recommend that all clients purchase their own rescue and travel insurance in the event it becomes necessary to cancel for injury or other unforeseen circumstances.
